( starting point is outside Trade Aid on alexandra st, CBD. Then we will be headed to GArden Place, down victoria st, hood st and back up alexandra st to finish at Trade aid!) Join us for a cuppa, and chat!
Come along and enjoy great coffees tasting and learn about Coffee Roasting. You will also have the chance to listen to Mr Justin Purser, Trade Aid Coffee buyer.
Coffee roasting demonstrations will be organized at 6.45pm and 7.00 pm
Promotion and celebration of Fair Trade fortnight with the Kirikiriroa team! Entertainment includes, Wai taiko drummers! Taonga Pouro (maori musical instruments playing) Loads of free choc, Coffee and other goodies! come on down and hang out to be a part of this years big bang! bring your drums and instruments to get down and make some noise!

While you enjoy your free coffee or tea you can enjoy listening to local musicians make plenty of noise in support of the BIG BANG (or even join in yourself!). There will also be street theatre happening around town that will highlight the difference between free and fair trade...
